AFFIRMATIVE ACTIONS FOR WOMEN, INC. will act as a ministry organization established for women of all ethnic and socio economic backgrounds.
Our mission is to provide spiritual counseling through group talk sessions, which promotes a positive a life style for women including those affected by:
· Substance abuse
· Domestic violence
· Homelessness
· Mental illness
· All long term illness (Cancer, HIV, AIDS and etc.)
· Developmental and physically disabled
· Incarceration & the formerly incarcerated
Our goal is to help them re-build trusting relationships in their communities through supportive services and to increase their level of independence through our community support networks.
